Table at the front for Elizabeth's materials
Power bar for equipment
Access to room 30 minutes in advance of presentation
Any other special needs arising from the content or mechanisms of the presentation will be discussed with you prior to the event.
Travel and Lodging
Request an all inclusive engagement rate with travel and lodging arrangements made by Elizabeth
Or
Hotel room request non-smoking
Arranged pick up from airport to hotel and then hotel to airport
Recording/Video Taping Sessions
Please advise ahead of time if you are planning to record the session either by audio or video. If anyone wishes to record the session, Prefix Solutions Inc. must receive a copy of the original master and all rights to the recorded session. The recorded session may be used internally and for non-commercial purposes. For other uses, Prefix Solutions Inc must grant written permission.
